The division champion check box will only appear in demo mode or if you have purchased the event module.

 

Show 'From' is also an Event Module item.  You turn that on in match setup.

 

The CMS check box is for dealing with website "content management systems" such as Joomla!, which automatically rename any pages or graphics that you upload (which, obviously, breaks the links in the web results that ForScore creates.  There's more explanation in the CMS topic.

 

The Custom Header button lets you type notes or announcements that will be included at the top of your main web results.
